I cannot find any reason why the haircut price goes up so high!
I was on my haircut planned way back just a while ago. I called Bench Fix Glorietta before I will set for an appointment. Luckily it had vacant scheduled around 6pm but unfortunately the haircut price for a trimmed is Php 300+!!! ano ang ginagamit nilang gunting? DIAMOND? hahaha.
I know it was only Php 175.00
I didnt pursue the appointment but still gone strolling in Glorietta.
Another BPI Installment Techno Madness held that day and its there last day of promo. There were lots of appliances, laptops, digital cameras, plasma TVs, cellphones and more gadgets at the Activity Center were on promo partnered with BPI Credit Card.
0% interest payment on 6, 12, and 18 months. I am an avid fan on these promo when I need to purchase some gadgets. I updated myself on what’s the latest gadgets and its prices sold in the market today. Some prices gone down and others stay the same.
But really its not 0% interest at all. I read the blogs in MoneySmart on The truth behind 0% interest promos. It was an eye opening but in my mind, ‘i dont have that big cash in my wallet but i need it now and I will use my credit card.‘
Indeed, I really want the new gadgets will be in my hand and the another LCD TV will be in the .. ammm.. there no more wall for it pala in the sala.. heheh. It’s tempting.. (^_^)
Another pieces of brochures, catalog and flyers were at my hand as I moved out in the activity center area.
I gone to Gold Crest to fixed my phones accessories with new LCD Screen Filter, another spare of Stylus Pen, headset, and Memory Stick.
The staff was not able to removed the old LCD Screen filter easily. it took her more than 30 minutes to removed. haha. using scatch tapes and other techniques just to removed it. hehe. She commented to the one who placed the first LCD Screen filter that was indeed greatly done. But she made also a great job though a little bubbles in the side but not obvious.
I bought also a stylus pen from her with tawad of Php 20 pesos each. hehe. I tested the headset in the other store but it was not working when trying to call but I heard as I played the music. I tried another headset. The left speaker did not sound. I tried another again. Same happen. All headset in packaging were teared by the owner to test it. But unfortunately it was unfortunate talaga hehe.. I noticed it already that the designed was not close to original. not shiny. a piece of crap. I wanted to leave after the 2nd try but the owner were tearing the packaging to to test. so I stayed.
Expecting in that area, you cannot find 100% original gadget in the store but only warranty from them.
I gone to Park Square 1 to see some other accessories I needed to purchase - Headset and Memory Stick. In just one stall I got them all.
Me: Meron ba kayong Headset sa P910i? Ganito po cya. (pinakita ko ang fon)
Staff Girl 1: Ammm.. Sir wala ata.
Yan o. yan.
Staff Girl 1: Ganito ba sir?
Me: Yan. tama. yan nga po. test ko muna ha.
Staff Girl 1: (tinangalan ng packaging ang headset)
Me: Magkano ito?
Staff Girl 1: Php 150 lang sir
Napansin ko ang packaging nya ay kakaiba. parang pang original. Nun inabot ang headset ay iba ang finishing ng kulay nya. parehong pareho sa original. (sana).
I tested it and it perfectly work! I heard the music was playing through the headset and the voice piece was working when im trying to test by calling the customer service of Globe hahaha. I thought that it was original (somehow). The packaging was different from the store in Gold Crest. But di ako nakatawad. Php 150 lang talaga.
I was impressed and asked another accessories - Memory Stick Duo 1GB. They had only the fast speed version. I tested it and it work perfectly again!.
Me: Magkano pala to?
Staff Girl1: Php 600 lang sir
Me: Mahal naman. di pede 400 ?
Staff Girl1: Di sir e. Php 500.00 nalang sir.
Me: Okay. Balikan kita ha. tingin lang ako sa ibang store.
Staff Girl 1: (Tinignan nya ang Staff Girl 2). Cge sir last price na Php 450.00 nalang.
Me: Okay. cge na nga. Php 600.00 lahat noh kasama ang Headset. ilang months warranty nito?
Staff Girl 1: 1 month lang sir.
Me: Gawen mo naman 3 years. ehhe. ilagay mo din ang number sa recibo ha,
Staff Girl 1: Anong number sir? Cell number ko sir?
Me: hahahah.. Hindi ung serial number ng Memory Stick just in case isasauli ko.
Staff Girl 1: Hindi sir okay na ito. Ipakita mo lang itong recibo.
Me: Okay . cge na nga. di ma pilit. hehe
A great deal. I bought the accessories because I am on Bench, no project or client, in my current employer. Im so so bored and sleepy when I did not use the music in my Phone because the very orignal headset was not working anymore way back a year ago na. I did not maximize the storage of the Memory Stick to copy mp3 songs I like. There were many to choose and I am sleepy now.
It’s not just the persistence and focus needed to make your first million. Moolanomy correctly points out that it’s also mathematically challenging . “If a person invests Php 15,000 per year starting at age 25 and the investment gains on average 10% a year, he can get to Php 1 million mark by 45. The first million took 20 years! But if you keep going down the table, it only takes… 6 more years to get to Php 2 million at 51 4 more years to get to Php 3 million at 55 3 more years to get to Php 4 million at 58 2 more years to get to Php 5 million at 60 2 more years to get to Php 6 million at 62 2 more years to get to Php 7 million at 64 1 more years to get to Php 8 million at 65 [CONTINUE READING IN Investing 101 Blog -> The first million is the hardest] While looking at Moolanomy’s blog the other day, I stumbled on an intriguing post that illustrates why it’s hard to break that Php 1-million net worth mark.
At last!
The 2 dance routines in Disturbia (by Rihanna) Dance-Hip Hop Class in Fitness First was completed!
This was choreographed to us since 4-5 consecutive Hip Hop Class every Thursday night 1-hr in Robinson Summit Center (RSC) Makati Fitness First.
It was amazing and bloody awesome that all members performed the dance very very well. You can see the enthusiasm and excitement of the members in doing the dance moves learned.

The choreographer taught very well in handling the class even though there were first timers joined. As the class started, i noticed the GX class room was fully filled. And I knew that time why I was not able to get some locker-cabinet and placed my stuff in the reception area instead.

Even though almost all of us knew the steps, since weeks of teaching (and im present always
), he still taught us from slow movement to double time movement (from block by block and from start/top steps to last steps) so that we can recall and the first timers can catched up.
The Disturbia music was not played when performing the steps. It was not played because it was on fast beat and must concentrate and focus step by step.
The 2 routines were completed and we memorised. I impressively exerted efforts in performing the dance. But some steps forgotten when too and over excited in dancing.
There was a break at max 60 seconds, I guessed so. I was very thirsty on first half non-break dance practice. Gone fast and quick to the water fountain to replinished body-thirst and suddenly i heard the music was played, it so soon grrrr. I was replinished a little and hoped I could survived the last half. But I gone again to the fountain when the street-like dancing move will be performed.
The class was divided into half and we faced the other half - not facing anymore the stage. And then we performed the dance move facing each other. A sort of contest.
It was like you are giving the best you can to perform what you have to beat the other side. The very first steps were advancing or moving towards your contender and then perform the dance near infront of them. haha
The first routine was performed by us. The other routine performed by the other side. You can imagine how this dance will be performing by each group. The first group dance first and after your group performed the dance, the other group will performed and give also their moves. And after performing each group dance, all will TOGETHER performed the dance on all routines!
it was indeed a very GREAT DANCE EXCITEMENT and PERFORMANCE!
We performed very well and the choreographer enjoyed and very statisfied on our performance.
The 1-hour class every week on 4-5 consecutives week taught the dance to us were only less than 60-120 seconds on the actual performance combining with the dance music of Rihanna.
That’s how easy and enjoying the DANCE LESSONS in Fitness First!
Mutual Fund is an investment company that pools the savings of many individual investors who share a common financial goal. These investors buy shares of a particular mutual fund that has a defined investment objectives and investment strategies. The price of a mutual fund share is its net asset (total assets less total liabilities) divided by the number of shares outstanding. This figure computed and published daily, is the mutual fund’s Net Asset Value Per Share (NAVPS). I am thinking to invest again in Mutual Funds in Sun Life Equity Bond. I joined last year and pulled my money out after six months. Coz I needed badly the cash. With the market status today on the financial crisis, i do not notice any big deflation of NAVPS published daily in www.pse.com.ph (Mutual Fund Section). It is good to joined when the NAVPS is low so that you can have more shares. I will find timing if NAVPS will go down slightly. Having a diversified portfolio in Mutual Funds is letting your money grow with risk but without sweat. Letting the money work for you! When I pulled out the funds I earned Php 1k+ on Php 10k worth of shares. Not bad at all. Current Sun Life Properity Phil. Equity Fund goes high from Sept 25 to Oct 2. I am just waiting for the timing when good to invest again.
