I already have a STUDENT LICENSE in DRIVING!
but not so soon the new car yet.
I got my student license in LTO Makati District in Pililia Makati near Valenzuela Gym and its is near Makati City Hall. I searched there location on the wikimapia.org so that I may know a little on the route I’ll be passing.
The requirements are photocopy of the birth certificate and one photo size picture (1×1 or 2×2). I forgot these to bring on the first time I came to there office. Wrong requirement brought. hehe. I gone back to the office right away. And was back to the LTO office after next 2 days, friday.
I was not able to call and verify to their office on what will be the requirements. I only asked the office mates.
I had never experienced difficulty in getting and applying for this. I was surprised on the steps when you are required to write signature, not on the paper, but on the Digital Signature screen. I am not expecting this technology in their office because its not obvious on the office ambiance which has CRT Monitors use in their PC. Well, gov’t can afford it though.
And I had the STUDENTS LICENSE printed copy on the last step.
It was no hassle and got it less than 30 minutes.
